She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Herbert, Clara Neuharth, Alfred and Helen Johnson; and her parents-in-law, Ottis and Minerva Jacobs.
She is survived by: her parents, Norman Neuharth and Connie Neuharth (Johnson) of Wolsey; her husband Gary Jacobs of Wolsey; her children, Adam Jacobs (Cassie) of Huron, Casey Jacobs (Brittany Olson) of Huron and Britnee Jacobs (Dale Rounds) of Hartford; her grandchildren, Lennox, Gentry Jacobs, Shelbee and Shiloh Jacobs; and her brothers, Brian Neuharth (Cindy) of Wolsey, Russ Neuharth of Huron and Terry Neuharth (Deanna) of Rapid City.
In lieu of flowers, the family prefers memorials to be designated to a charity of their choice in honor of Julie.
