It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Westcott Tuttle of Winner, South Dakota, who passed away on September 24, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Tuttle and Bertha Tuttle; and his siblings, Bernard Tuttle, Kenneth Tuttle, Bernice Gustafson, Harold Tuttle, Beulah Salem and Clyde Tuttle.

He is survived by: his wife Carol Tuttle; and his children, Bill Tuttle (Shelley), Ellen Margheim (Al), Lester Tuttle (Garnet) and Bev Tuttle. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
