He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Tuttle and Bertha Tuttle; and his siblings, Bernard Tuttle, Kenneth Tuttle, Bernice Gustafson, Harold Tuttle, Beulah Salem and Clyde Tuttle.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Tuttle; and his children, Bill Tuttle (Shelley), Ellen Margheim (Al), Lester Tuttle (Garnet) and Bev Tuttle. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
