He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Ann Larvie Smith and LeRoy Cummings; his siblings, Joyce Salway, Geraldine Salazar, Mary Jane Gilmore, Robert, LeRoy Jr., Peter, George, Patrick and Randy Cummings; and his granddaughter Nichole Marie Cummings.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth Ann Horton Cummings; his children, Nicholas (Patty), James, Lori Bolzer (Bob) and Janet Weaver; his grandchildren, Tammy Bailey (Wes), Tommy, Bailey, Nicholas Cummings Jr., Melvin Blaine Cummings, Krista Cummings, Jill Bolzer, Mollie Toman, Bryan Cummings and Cody Weaver; and his brothers, Doug Cummings, Arnold Cummings, Frank Cummings, Delbert Cummings and Ben Cummings. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
