He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Lingwall and Verna Lingwall (Hecht); his siblings, Meryl and Marlys; and his former wife Darlene Lingwall.
He is survived by: his former wife Darlene Nelson; his wife Ardell Lingwall of Wilmot, SD; his son Timothy Lingwall of Milbank, SD; and his sister-in-law Evie Nelson (Chuck Liebe) of Milbank, SD. He is also survived by several nephews and cousins.
