He was predeceased by: his parent-in-law George "Ole"; his daughter Mary Ann; his brother Elwood; and also Doris Bauer. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Mutchler; his sons, Marvin Mutchler (Teka) of Whitewood, SD and Bill Mutchler (Tricia) of Douglas, WY; and his grandchildren, Amanda Ellis (Rich), Jeff Mutchler (Jennifer), ShyAnn Mutchler, Dagen Mutchler, Adessa Mutchler, Cassidy Mutchler, Baillie Mutchler, Tyler Mutchler, Megan Dix (Ryan), Prestyn Novak (Brandi Cwach) and Caleb Mutchler.
