It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bryan Westberg of Whitewood, South Dakota, who passed away on April 22, 2025, at the age of 54, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jeff Westberg and Julie Westberg of Whitewood, S. D.; his son Dustin Yelverton-Westberg (Diavian) of Lackland, AFB; his siblings, Jody Westberg of Whitewood, S. D., Zach Westberg (Krissy) of Whitewood, SD and Jamie Westberg of Deadwood, SD; his nephews, Nathan, Rylan and Will Westberg; his niece Abigail Westberg; his grandmother Audrey Zwingelberg of Whitewood, SD.; his girlfriend Amanda Schaffer; his grandparents, Glen, Millie Westberg and John Zwingelberg; and his sister-in-law Anna Westberg. He was also cherished by numerous Aunts, Uncles and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Monday, April 28th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Immanuel Lutheran Church (920 Fillmore St, Whitewood, SD 57793). A funeral service will be held on Monday, April 28th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, April 28th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Whitewood Cemetery (1020 Hooker St, Whitewood, SD 57793).
