She is survived by: her husband Pastor Paul McDowell; her son Edward McDowell (Anna) of Cottage Grove, MN; her grandchildren, Ande, Aden, Carlie and Colin; her children, Leah McDowell of New Hartford, IA, Paul McDowell of Brookings, SD and Joseph McDowell (Emily) of Des Moines, IA; and her siblings, Edward Dreesman (Patricia) of Sioux City, IA and Marilyn King (Robert) of Cedar Park, TX..
