He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin C. Ganske and Rose Mary Ganske (Tauer); his wife Mavis "Babe" Snyder; and his siblings, Wesley, LeRoy, Earl, Marvin Ganske, Vernice Munion (Leland) and Arlene Briggs (Glenn).
He is survived by: his friend Ray Waldner; his children, Charles Ganske (Sara) of Iowa and Cheryl McCarty (Tim) of Tulare, SD; and his grandchildren, Benjamin Paul, Ian Paul (Kathy), Angelina Shult (Richard), Shanna Hughes (Ryan), Miranda McCarty, Melissa Ganske and Robin Ganske.
