He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hopkins and Beverly Hopkins; and his brother-in-law Jerold Zerfoss. He is survived by: his significant other Lynette "Lyn" Zerfoss; his daughters, Nichole Harrell (Darvin) and Heather Gilbert (Brian); his grandchildren, Logan, Joshua, Alexzander, Wesley Gilbert, Audrey and Kody Harrell; and his brother Wayne Hopkins (Pat).
