She was predeceased by: her parents, August Runge and Bertha Runge (Plasmier); her husband Vernon Hedge; her grandsons, Justin Hedge, Darwin and Bradley Hancock; her siblings, Donald, Norman, Lawrence, Richard Runge, Violet Wells, Lorraine Mehling, Jean Langbehn and Betty Hansen; and her siblings-in-law, Richard Mehling, Eugene Wells, Harold Langbehn, Dean Hansen, Jack Mundt, Florence and Mary Runge.
She is survived by: her children, Sharon Ross (Ray) of Wessington, Linda Hancock (Leonard) of Mt. Vernon, Dean Hedge (Mary Ann) of Wessington, Kent Hedge (Sharon) of Huron, Diane Kokesh (Robert) of Woonsocket and Randy Hedge (Karen) of Custer; her sister Gloria Mundt of Shakopee, Minnesota; and her sisters-in-law, Shirley Runge and Bonnie Runge. She is also survived by nineteen grandchildren; innumerable great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
