He is survived by: his niece Parmely; his stepdaughter Emily Miller; his wife Cindy Miller; his grandchildren, Xavier Butler, Magnolia Miller, Steven Fernholz and Kadye; his sons, Kelly (Shawn), Chad (Jenny) and Danny; his grandchildren, Spencer, Delanie, Josie, Kylee Barden, Maggie, Alyssa Horn (Tyler) and Alexis Stevens; his great grandchild Ridge; his siblings, Don (June), Marlys (Clair), Marilyn (Ed) and Mary (Monte); and his friend Randy Fliehe.
