He was predeceased by: his parents, Vivian Roy and Frances E. Calkins (Huffman); and his sister Dorothy Coldiron. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Dake; his son-in-law Leo Channel; his children, Valerie Channel (Leo), April Grubb (Don) and Greg Calkins (Jeri); his grandchildren, Shane, Sheila and Chad Channel; and his children, Spencer, Autumn Grubb, Justin, Nicole and Joshua Calkins.
