He was predeceased by: his parents, George Hinrichs and Agatha Hinrichs (Daniels); his wife Ada Ruth Faulhaber; his siblings, Matthew, James, Vincent, Everett, Lloyd, Mary and Lucielle; and his grandchildren, Andrew Hohn, Anna Hinrichs and Brandon Smith.
He is survived by: his children, Dianna Smith, Judy Lindhorst, Marcia Hohn (Darrell), Bryon Hinrichs (Brenda) and Laura Hinrichs; his grandchildren, Salli Nothdurft, Jason Hohn (Jennie), Trina Johnson (Lee), Renae Gerlach (Gaylurd), Sheila Grieve (Travis), Collin Lindhorst, Robin Lindhorst, Justin Connell, Matt Hinrichs, Meryl Nelson, Andrew Smith (Shawnda), Sarah Birmeier and Brittany Smith (Chris Filter); his great grandchildren, Natalie, Brooklin, Ellie Nothdurft, Jake, Cara, Andi Hohn, Trent, Hayden, Kaleb Johnson, Casondra, Brianna, Ashton Gerlach, Braden, Lucas Grieve, Jon, Maddison Kintz, Emmitt Smith, Gavin, Dylan Smith, Charlotte and Chandler Filter; and his sons-in-law, Rickey Smith, Larry Lindhorst and Gregg Nelson.
