He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Schorzmann and Martha Schorzmann (Horst); his wife Alice Heins; and his siblings, Edgar, Victor, Elmer, Gordon Schorzmann, Lenora Keelin and Arlene Mees-Schnabel.
He is survived by: his stepsons, Clifford Jager (Janene) of Mitchell, Luverne Jager (Linda) of Wessington Springs and Daryle Jager (Jane) of Urbandale, IA; and his brother Leonard Schorzmann of Oregon. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
