He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Edwin Linn; his former spouse Dee Monteith; his wife Anita Westra (Gross); his children, Kim Thompson (Ryan) of Fargo, ND, James Linn (Terra) of Lane, SD, Tim Linn (Anna) of Audubon, MN and Shannon Linn (Rita) of Letcher, SD; his grandchildren, Madison Thompson (Bradley Conant), Samuel Thompson, Brittnee Linn Jordan (Jeffrey Johnson), Shannon Linn (Trevor Ferguson), Harleigh Linn, Chase Linn and Halle Linn; his great grandchild Waverly Ferguson; his mother Arlene Acker (Peters) of Tea, SD; his siblings, Jean Selchert (Steve) of Sioux Falls, SD, Larry Linn (Marlys) of Billings, MT and Paula Migliore (Robert) of Friendswood, TX; his sister-in-law Mary Linn of Emery, SD; his close friend Jan Endres of Watertown, SD; his brother Ronnie Linn; and his nephew Jeff Selchert.
