In loving memory of James Burg of Wessington Springs, South Dakota, who departed this world on April 16, 2024 at the age of 82. James leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Burg and Pearl Burg (Linafelter); his in-laws, Herb and Ann Kaiser (Goeden); and his siblings-in-law, Jack McNeil and Diane Burg.

He is survived by: his wife Bernice Kaiser; his children, Jeff Burg (Kim), Cory Burg, Julie Bruckner (Doug), Casey Burg (Beena), Lisa Heiss (Andreas), JP, Holly Heber and Scott Vaske; his grandchildren, Shawn Goepfert, Sierra, Cheyenne Burg, Hailey, Will Bruckner, Kedrin, Aiden, Siri Burg and Karl Heiss; and his siblings, Lois Houwman (Don), Andy Burg, Betty McNeil, Ginger Koehn (Tom), Quinten Burg (Linda) and Sylvia Ray (Dennis). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and special friends.
