He is survived by: his children, Donna, Carolyn, Steve, Tom and Roger; his wife Eldora; his children, Mitchell, McKeely, Mace, Madden, Daniel, Aaron, Benjamin, Kenan, Tristan, Taya, Treytan, Jaden, Ellie, Haley Richardson, Samantha Richardson, Spencer, Garrison, Lola, Merric, Sophia, Jillian and Lily; his sisters, Edna Thum, Irene Hackett, Elva Dollinger Juanita Robertson, Pearl Lewallen and Flossie Lewallen; and also Dick Lewallen. He is also survived by 11 Grandchildren and 6 Step Grandchildren.
The family prefers memorials in lieu of flowers.
