It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eldon R. Beckman (Wessington Springs, South Dakota), who passed away on August 17, 2019, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Beckman and Mary Rumbolz Beckman; his children, Mark Eldon and Cynthia Lea; his parents-in-law, Glen and Myrtle Eddy; his siblings, Bob (Alta), Alfred and Pearl Newcomer (Percy); and his brother-in-law Dihl Eddy.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Eddy; his daughters, Sandy Wenzel of Mitchell, Lisa Edwards (Phillip) of Wessington Springs and Murt Wenzel; his son-in-law Bill Rimpo of Ohio; his grandchildren, Nicolas Rimpo, Abbie Langerock (Nick), Grant Edwards (Rachel) and Megan Rimpo; his great grandchildren, Dylan, Emma, Luke Langerock, Oliver Eldon Edwards and Baby Edwards; and his sisters-in-law, LaVonne Beckman and Joannie Eddy. He is also survived by four nieces and one nephew.
