He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnny Couch and Lily Couch (Frahm); his son Rory Couch; his brother Lawrence Couch (Maxine); and his brother-in-law Ben Blair.
He is survived by: his wife Lela Rothchild; his sister Eunice Blair of Omaha, NE; his children, Leta Sheehy of Arizona, Dd Couch (Patti) of Custer, Rick Couch (Loretta) of Lake City and Rolland Couch (Maryann Cahill) of Connecticut; and his daughter-in-law Cheryl Couch of Old Hickory, TN. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; and 15 great grandchildren.
