It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Steve Lovro of Wentworth, South Dakota, born in Hendricks, Minnesota, who passed away on February 28, 2022, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Earl "Smokey" Lovro. He is survived by: his mother Carol Lovro (Johnson) of Brookings, SD; his wife Joanne Bauman; his son Josh Lovro (Danielle); his grandsons, Jaxon and Hudson of Madison, SD; his children, Ryan Lovro (Brooke Sheldon) of Watertown, SD and Megan Lovro (Blake Rasmussen) of Watertown, SD; his brother Mike Lovro (Sandi) of Colman, SD; his nephews, Jordan Lovro (Natasha) and Evan Lovro; and his niece Elizabeth Lovro.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the family.
