He was predeceased by : his parents, Frank Johnson and Marlys Johnson; and his former life partner Donna Johnson. He is survived by : his wife Cindy Solnar; his daughters, Angie Wahlfeldt (Kyle) of Belle Fourche and Becky Reausaw of Spearfish; his grandsons, Chris, Sean, Nolan Wahlfeldt, Finn and Evan Reausaw; and his sisters, Karen Dossett of Wentworth and Joan Weberg of Cedar Rapids, IA. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established to the Dougherty Hospice House in Sioux Falls, SD.
