He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Jean; his children, Randy Halpin (Karen) and Ellen Bechina (Dan); and his grandchildren, Kyle, Aaron, Shaye, James, Lacey and Randi Lynn. He was also cherished by 18 great grandchildren.
