He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Loterbauer and Emma Loterbauer (Stern); his daughter Jeannine Dell; and his siblings, Donald, Rachel, Frances, James, Edward, Irene, Alice, Raymond, Lester and Glen.
He is survived by: his former wife Nadine Dirkson; his wife Rita Garrett (Dolney); his son Gregory Loterbauer (Kari) of Billings, MT; and his stepsons, Lonnie Garrett (Dixie), Michael Garrett (Sharon) of Aberdeen, SD and Scott Garrett (Mary) of Sioux Falls, SD. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren.
