It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lorraine Erickson of Webster, South Dakota, who passed away on November 23, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Wika and Elizabeth Wika (Boik); her sons, Larry, Eugene and Rick; her grandsons, Jason Nolte and Jami Erickson; her son-in-law Cy Lentz; her granddaughter-in-law Amy Erickson; and her siblings, Esther Fromelt (Ed), Della Mitchell (Ralph), Gladys DeBilzan (Jim), Mary Kuecker (Ed), Tony Wika and Willie Wika (Corrine).
She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Erickson; her daughters, Karen Nolte (Wes) of Webster, SD, Shirley Jones of Aberdeen, SD, Joyce Lentz of Porter, TX and Judy Zetah of Rapid City, SD; her daughters-in-law, Helen Erickson of North Platte, NE, Liann Erickson of Webster, SD and Kathy Erickson; and her sister-in-law Norma Wika of Webster, SD. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers Lorraine's wishes were to have Masses offered in her memory or donations to Bethesda Nursing Home.
