She was predeceased by: her parents, William Koenig and Laura Koenig (Becht); her sister June Koenig Herring; and her daughter Marcella "Sally" Klein. She is survived by: her children, Gregory Klein (Virginia), Janet Goldsmith (Dan), Mark Klein (Carlene) and Jay Klein; and her foster daughter Julie Erickson Thelin.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the FIKSDAL FUNERAL SERVICE (122 W 5th Ave, Webster, SD 57274). A rosary was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 at 6:30 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Christ the King Catholic Church (1101 E 1st St, Webster, SD 57274).
