Larry Ingalls Obituary
We are sad to announce that on August 17, 2022 we had to say goodbye to Larry Ingalls of Webster, South Dakota, born in Murdo, South Dakota. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Morris Ingalls and Mary Jane Ingalls (Coye); his brothers-in-law, Dick and Don Haisch; and his foster daughter Donna Chapman.
He is survived by: his wife Jan; his children, Pam Bruns (Gary) of Montevideo, MN, Kim Holzwarth (Luke), Hazel and David Ingalls (Brenda); his brother Tom Ingalls (Judi); his siblings-in-law, Charles Haisch (Sue), Kay Haisch and Phyllis Haisch; his foster daughter Julie Kouba (David); and his son-in-law Mick Chapman. He is also survived by two step-grandchildren and two greatgrandchildren.
Larry was instrumental in initiating an effort via donations from alumni to create White River High School scholarships in memory of his coach Fred Littau and teacher Laura Patnoe Kirsch; having the old gymnasium named for Littau; spearheading WRHS state activity awards highway signs and giving SDSU printing/journalism scholarships in memory of his parents.
