He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Schneider and Shirley Schneider (Arneson); his sister Nancy; his grandparents, Henry, Hattie Schneider, Orvey and Luella Arneson; his aunts and uncles, Doris Albrecht, Harlow Arneson, Dennis Arneson and Marilyn Voss; and his great-nephew Landon Kolb.
He is survived by: his sisters, Bette Schneider of Britton and Janet Enstad (Glenn) of Aberdeen, SD; his nieces and nephews, Kendall Schneider of Prior Lake, MN, Kayla Schneider of Boston, MA, Erin Kolb (Brandon) of Aberdeen and Jordan Enstad (Maren) of Fargo, ND; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Madison, Kaitlyn, Owen Kolb, Ella, Jace and Maxx Enstad.
Per Harvey's wishes his body will be donated to University of South Dakota to help provide training for educational purposes.
