We are sad to announce that on September 18, 2021, at the age of 96, Harriet Long (Webster, South Dakota), born in Volga, South Dakota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Florence Hastings and John Hastings; her husband Richard Long; and her brothers, Donald, Marvin and Lyle.
She is survived by: her nephews, James Hastings (Michelle Wakefield) of Papillion, NE and Bradley Hastings (Terri) of Amarillo, TX; her sister-in-law Betty Hastings of Ankeny, IA; and her nieces, Susan Hastings, Julie DeLanoit (John) of Ankeny, Cheryl Dewey (Chris) of Wilmette, IL, Jodi Wandro (Mark) of Urbandale, IA, Jill Westholm (Dan) of Urbandale and Carrie Mescher (Phil) of Ames, IA.
Guests are asked to wear masks and to observe distance guidelines.
