He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Herr and Cordie Herr (Currier); his wife Elma Green; and his daughter Carol Ann. He is survived by: his sister Stella Lorensberg (Arnold) of Clear Lake, SD; and his children, Richard Herr (Paula) of Andover, MN and Holly Payer (Ronald) of Forest Lake, MN. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
