He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Stadskev and Eunice Stadskev (Peterson); his son Robert; his siblings, Virgil, Clarence, Duane, Harold Althoff, Myrtle Burkhart, Irene Pies and Evelyn Pies; his grandson Michael; and his great grandchild Ally.
He is survived by: his wife Oriet Althoff of Webster, SD; his children, Orrin Althoff of Roslyn, SD, Myrna Spaar (Ray) of Webster, SD and Carol Althoff of Aberdeen, SD; his siblings, Earl Althoff of Waubay, SD, Dorothy Pies (Lloyd) of Sisseton, SD, Verna Knapp of Sisseton and Marie (David); and his sisters-in-law, Gaila Althoff of Waubay, SD and Bobbi Althoff of Ortley, SD. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.
