He is survived by: his children, Alan (Ruth), Dale Kotzea (Aberdeen) and Jon Kotzea (Sioux Falls); his grandchildren, Michael Kotzea (Sioux Falls), Nick (Kate), Melissa (Jeremy) and Herrboldt (Watertown); his great grandchildren, Alexander, Christopher, Ava, Brody, Mackenzie, William and Joseph; and his daughter-in-law Deb Kotzea (Sioux Falls).
