It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Delores Nelson (Webster, South Dakota), who passed away on August 11, 2022, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Nygaard (Bertha) and Christina Nygaard (Aadland); her son Dennis; her spouse Jeffers Nelson; and her siblings, Clarice, Julius, Reuben and Gordon.
She is survived by: her sister LaVonne Zumm (Earl); her son Virgil Paulson (Vickie); her granddaughter Valerie Robertson (Bradley); her great grandchild Summer Robertson; her daughter-in-law Judy Tobin (Rick); her grandson Casey Paulson (Lora); her great grandchildren, Abby, Sami and Maddy Paulson; her grandson Chris Paulson; her great grandchild Dae Paulson; and her stepchildren, Kathy Mathiason (Al), Bonnie Kretchman (Jim), Gary (Carol) and David Nelson (Barb). She is also survived by 16 step-grandchildren, 27 step-great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be given in Delores' name to St. John's Lutheran Church in Webster or Avera Home Hospice of Aberdeen.
