He was predeceased by: his parents, Clara Eagle Sr. (DeMarrais) and Elijah Eagle; his sons, Tracy and Daniel; and his sisters, Marcella, Florence, Nadine and Theodora.
He is survived by: his wife Lois Owen; his children, Sarah and Jared; his siblings, Bernadine Gaikowski, Kathy Barse, Charlotte Grey, Donna Redbear (Merle), Patrick Eagle (Kelly), Elijah Jr. and Martin; and his grandson Daniel Xavier Birney. He is also survived by Many Nieces, nephews and Cousins.
