It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Colleen Roberts of Waubay, South Dakota, who passed away on February 8, 2024, at the age of 49, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Patrick Rockwood Sr. and Della Iyarpeya; and her brother Rodger Steruts. She is survived by: her husband Amos Roberts of Waubay, SD; her children, Thomas, Karie Iyarpeya of Waubay, SD, Amos John (AJ), Aaron Roberts (Bonna Johnson) of Browns Valley, MN, Arica Roberts of Webster, SD, Asa Roberts of Waubay, SD and Trinity Roberts of Waubay, SD; her siblings, Grace Iyarpeya of Watertown, SD, Candance Eberhardt (Chuck) of Webster, SD, Nanette Rockwood of Summit, SD, John Iyarpeya (Terra) of Sioux Falls, SD, Todd Rockwood (Kristin) of Waubay, SD, Barry "BJ" Rockwood of Enemy Swim, SD, Pat and Steven Rockwood of Enemy Swim, SD; her aunts, Noreen Iyarpeya and Ruth Iyarpeya; and her uncle Henry Iyarpeya. She is also survived by Six Grandchildren and 10 Great Grandchildren, many other uncles, aunts, cousins, nephews and nieces.
