She was predeceased by: her parents, Ole C. Froke and Hilda E. Froke (Boxeth); her husband Duane Lowery; her brothers, Herman Froke (Doris), Bud Froke (Gladys), Arnie Froke, Verne Froke (Lucy) and Clint Froke (Esther); and her brothers-in-law, Gary Lowery and George Johnson.

She is survived by: her children, James Lowery (Diana) of Kokomo, IN, Vicki Rehder (Joe Ortmeier), David Lowery (Ruby Ann) of Watertown, SD, Debra Swoboda (Rick) of Brookings, SD and Sandra Thyen (Rick) of Watertown, SD; and her sisters-in-law, Pam Lowery of Pierre, SD and Sharon Johnson of Marvin, SD. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; one great-great grandson.
