He was predeceased by: his parents, Ervin W. York and Hazel A. York (Kjetland); his nephew Mark Rudebusch; and his great-niece Kiona York. He is survived by: his wife Rosemary York; his daughters, Tracy Gilles (Trevor) of Sabin, MN, Nicole Schwinger (Tyler) of Florence, SD and Danielle Maag (Scott) of Florence, SD; his grandchildren, Allison Kvien, McKayla Overby, Justin Overby, Carly Schwinger, Tyson Schwinger, Hunter Maag and Hayden Maag; and his siblings, Deanna Leach (Tom) of Apple Valley, MN, Deloris Fix (David) of Ramsey, MN and Rodney York (Robin) of Watertown, SD..
In lieu of flowers, memorial may be designated to the Grace Lutheran Roof Fund.
