He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Drevecky and Emily Drevecky (Hendrickson); his wife Mary Jean; his daughter Marilyn Jurrens; his son-in-law Scott Jurrens; and his great grandchild Sierra DeWall.
He is survived by: his children, Pamela Morris (Gary) of Watertown, SD, Mary Pat Drevecky of Watertown, SD, Daniel Drevecky of Watertown, SD, Bobbi Drevecky of Sioux Falls, SD, David Drevecky (Melissa) of Norfolk, NE and Donny Garrigan of Pacifica, CA; his great grandchildren, Chad DeWall, Colleen DeWall, Haidyn DeJean and Hudson DeJean; his grandchildren, Jessica Stemwedel (Cory), Lydia Stemwedel, Ted Drevecky, Charlie Drevecky, Amber Johnson (Jack), Blake Fernau, Lennox Johnson, Ruby Johnson, Emily Drevecky, Kasey Drevecky (Jade), John Jurrens (Theresa), Macy Jurrens, Allison Jurrens and Jack Jurrens; his brother James Drevecky (Kathy) of Adams, ND; his brother-in-law Dennis Garrigan (Trudy) of Moville, IA; and his sisters, JoAnn Okeson of Park River, ND, Theda Rye (James) of Mountain Home, ID and Nancy Kadlac (Loren) of Grand Forks, ND. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Mt. Olive Lutheran Church (715 2nd St NE, Watertown, SD 57201). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
