Stricherz.
He is survived by: his children, Mike Hurkes (Violet) of Watertown, SD, Jon Hurkes (Denise Crevier) of Watertown, SD, David Hurkes (Sandy) of Watertown, SD, Jean Ruhr (Paul) of Watertown, SD and Julie Matteson (Jerome Helten) of Watertown, SD; and his brother Charles Hurkes of Tewksbury, MA.
