He was predeceased by: his father Claire Witham; his grandparents, Charles, Bertha Rademacher, Arden and Irene Witham; his cousins, Lance Rademacher, Lane Rademacher and Calen Johnson; his aunt Bonnie Witham; and his uncles, David Witham, Burton Rademacher and Irwin Symens.
He is survived by: his mother Vicky Mills; his former spouse Claire Witham; his wife Serena Witham; his children, Justin, Kelsey and Zachary; his stepson Adam Buus; his grandchildren, Baleigh, Hadlee and Chase; his sister Barb Lindner (Dan); his nieces and nephews, Jordan, Gavan, Ibby and Gracie; his brother Andrew Witham (Kezia); his niece Madeline; and also Vicky Witham. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
