With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Maxine Owen of Watertown, South Dakota, who passed away on May 5, 2023 at the age of 100. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clement Pugh and Elizabeth Pugh (Stoddard); her husband Manly Owen; her grandson Richie Carpenter; and her siblings, Don, Norm, DeEll, John and Marge Amdahl.
She is survived by: her grandsons, Kelly Owen and Jake Eichhorn; her children, Gloria, Wayne and Beverly; her sister Iva Lowe of Watertown, SD; her sisters-in-law, Barb, Bev and Marion Pugh; her grandchildren, Kevin Owen (Courtney Hansen), Megan Owen, Libby Carpenter, Rob Carpenter (Sara), Jada Letrud (Jake Eichhorn), Skip Letrud and Josh Letrud; and her great grandchildren, Taylor, Kylie, Jalen Carpenter, Owen Rieffenberger (Gracie), Max Rieffenberger, Ethan, Joselyn, Preslie Owen, Riley, Kendell Owen, Lexie Fleming, Haylee and Maycie Hansen.
