She was predeceased by: her parents, Lyle Weist and Viola Weist (Henke); her parents-in-law, Fred and Marie Kunkel; her sisters-in-law, Cathy and Mona Kunkel; her aunt Beatrice Henke (Helen Lee); and her uncle Donald Weist.
She is survived by: her husband Derwin Kunkel; her children, Curtis Kunkel (Deanna) of Watertown, SD, Missy Siedschlag (Todd) of Madison, MN, Ryan Kunkel (Errin) of Round Hill, VA and Kristen Mees (Rob) of Alpena, SD; her brother Jerry Weist (Phyllis) of Bismark, ND; her siblings-in-law, Darrell Kunkel, Dale Kunkel (Gerry), Richard Kunkel and Gale McGuire; her grandchildren, Nicole, Chris Zubke (Natasha), Emily Schanbeck (Travis), Katie, Taylor, Kalie, Hayden, Sky Sprecher (Ryan), A'aleiya, Dechlan, Naima, Kaitlyn, Kamryn and Karly; and her great grandchildren, Parker, Ryder, Autumn, Remmington, Kyle, Riley, Makenna, Kora, Raygen and Andi.
