She was predeceased by: her parents, William Cordell and Delores Cordell (Schmidt); her husband Lloyd; her son Michael; and her siblings, Marian Cordell, Milton and Alfred Cordell.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Goethe of Sioux City, IA, Jerry Shepherd (Emily) of Watertown, SD and Larry Shepherd (Melanie) of Watertown, SD; her siblings, Bernard Cordell of Watertown, SD, Theodore Cordell of Watertown, SD and Teresa Waba of Madison, SD; and her sister-in-law Judy Cordell of Watertown, SD.. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
