She was predeceased by: her parents, John Langten and Mary "Mamie" Langten (Schultz); her husband Herman R. Kettwig; her children, Donna Ingalls and Kevin Brist; her son-in-law Wayne Ingalls; and her siblings, Harry Lantgen, Leo Lantgen, Joseph Lantgen, Lenora Thronson and Claria Mae Putnam.

She is survived by: her great grandchildren, Hayden Ingalls, Lexi Ingalls, Madison Ingalls, Karlie Ingalls, Dawson Ingalls, Dylan Ingalls, Hazel Ingalls, Lincoln Ingalls and Lane Ingalls; and her grandsons, Dwayne Ingalls (Emily) of Baltic, SD, Warren Ingalls of Basking Ridge, NJ, Bryan Ingalls (Kaylene) of Sioux Falls, SD, David Ingalls (Nicoelle) of Minnetrista, MN, Doug Brist (Brenda) of Brandon, SD, Chad Brist of Hendricks, MN, Robert Brist of Watertown, SD and Scott Brist of Watertown, SD.
