We are sad to announce that on August 8, 2021, at the age of 93, Lois Zerfas of Watertown, South Dakota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Hallauer and Emma Hallauer (Ries); and her husband James Cletus Zerfas, Sr.. She is survived by: her sons, James Cletus Zerfas, Jr. of Watertown and Daniel Edward Zerfas (Sarah) of Dell Rapids; her granddaughters, Elizabeth Walter (Ryan) of Sioux Falls and Katherine Johnson of Dell Rapids; her great grandchildren, Andrew and Charlotte Walter; and her sisters, Shirley Haines of Watertown and Sophie Hallauer of Minneapolis, MN. She is also survived by two step-grandchildren; five step-great grandchildren; six great-great step-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be donated to your favorite charity.
