He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard N. Mack Sr. and Irene Mack (Kaiser); his siblings, Connie Kuhn and Charlie Mack; and his siblings-in-law, Bill Jawar, Roman Chmura, Jerome Kuhn and Linda Mack.

He is survived by: his spouse Leocadia "Katie" Gronke Haider Mack; his grandsons, Braeden, Carson Schramm and Myles Ally; and his siblings, Carol Larrington (Bob), Jerry Mack, Judee Chmura, Rhonda Engels and Todd Mack (Anne). He is also survived by in-laws, nieces & nephews, and wonderful friends.

The family requests memorials be given In Memory of Lenny to Prairie Lake Hospice, 401 9th Ave. NW, Watertown, SD 57201.
