Lenny was predeceased by: parents, Leonard N. Mack Sr. and Irene Mack (Kaiser); siblings, Connie Kuhn and Charlie Mack; and siblings-in-law, Bill Jawar, Roman Chmura, Jerome Kuhn and Linda Mack.

Lenny is survived by: spouse Leocadia "Katie" Gronke Haider Mack; grandsons, Braeden, Carson Schramm and Myles Ally; and siblings, Carol Larrington (Bob), Jerry Mack, Judee Chmura, Rhonda Engels and Todd Mack (Anne). Lenny is also survived by in-laws, nieces & nephews, and wonderful friends.
