She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Moore and Sylvia Moore (Weber); and her sister Virginia. She is survived by: her husband Steven Cook of Strandburg, SD; her children, Shane Cook of Stockholm, SD, Shona Wittenwyler of Monroe, WI and Shara Cook of Stockholm, SD; her grandchildren, Shannon Mansfield, Karrin Sweeney, Kirsten Sweeney and Matt March; her great grandchildren, Ainsley Nelson, Bodi Mansfield and Josephine March; her siblings, James Moore of Janesville, WI and Pat Langus of Jasnesville, WI; and her brothers-in-law, Jim Cook (Marilyn) of Evansville, WI and Donald Cook of Janesville, WI. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
