He was predeceased by: his son Lyle Little; his siblings, Patty Little and Bruce "Buster" Little; and his granddaughter Melinda Stevenson. He is survived by: his wife Jan of Watertown, SD; his daughter Sue Wattier (Rick) of Conde, SD; his siblings, Dorothy "Jill" Bollinger (LeRoy) of Bismarck, ND and Thomas "Toby" Little (Gloria) of Mandan, ND; his grandchildren, Chelsea Nible (Kyle), Matthew Wattier (Sarah), Clay Wattier and Jenny Little; and his great grandchildren, Kenyon, Hunter Stevenson, Margaret and Jacob Nible.
