He is survived by: his children, Chad Voelsch (Dawn) of Watertown, SD and Kim Johnson (Troy) of Brookings, SD; his brother Gene Voelsch (Bonnie) of Watertown, SD; his siblings-in-law, Bonnie Voelsch of Watertown, SD, Linda Beard (Ray) of Watertown, SD and Chuck Peterson (Penny) of Clear Lake, SD; his grandchildren, Rachael (Kevin), Stephanie, Eric (Erika), Warren and Kayelee; and his great grandchildren, Landon, Adysen, Parker, Beckham, Jaxson, Sawyer, RaeAnn and Alaya.
