He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frank Kearney and Dora Kearney (Unruh); his wife Norma Hammer of Watertown, SD; his children, Jeffrey Kearney of Piedmont, SD, Robert Kearney of Watertown, SD and Lisa Schmidt of Sartel, MN; and his sister Deanna Tooley of Adrian, GA.. He was also cherished by three grandchildren.
